Account Deletion & Data Purge Request
If you wish to stop using Foxwel Vyaapar and permanently delete your store profile, inventory catalogs, and sales ledgers from our servers, please fill out the request form.
Critical Notice
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, your store profile will be deleted. You will lose access to all cloud sync backups, ledger mutation history, and thermal print invoice records.
What happens to your data?
1. Sync Cloud PurgeAll synced databases containing categories, products, customer timelines, and ledger transactions hosted on our servers are permanently deleted within 30 days.
2. Local Device DataData stored locally in your device's Hive storage remains unaffected. You can delete this yourself at any time by going to Android Settings > Apps > Foxwel Vyaapar > Clear Storage, or by uninstalling the application.
3. Identity Verification CallTo prevent unauthorized data loss, our support team will place a call to your registered phone number to verify your identity before initiating the server purge.
